ProjectManager-SocialHousingDecarbonisationProgramme.Wearecurrentlypartneringwithaforward-thinkingorganisationwhoareactivelyworkingontheUKsnetzeroagenda.TheyseekinganexperiencedProjectManagertoleadthedeliveryoflarge-scalesocialhousingdecarbonisationprogrammes.ThisisafantasticopportunitytoplayakeyroleindeliveringretrofitandenergyefficiencyimprovementsfundedthroughtheSocialHousingDecarbonisationFund(SHDF),withastrongfocusonWave2andWave3projects.TheRoleAsProjectManager,youwilltakeownershipofend-to-enddeliveryacrossSHDF fundedschemes,ensuringprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudget,andtoregulatoryandqualitystandards.Youwillworkcloselywithhousingassociations,contractors,consultants,andlocalauthoritiestodrivesuccessfulretrofitprogrammesthatcontributetotheUKssustainabilitytargets.KeyResponsibilitiesLeaddeliveryofSHDFWave2andWave3decarbonisationprojectsManageprojectlifecyclefrommobilisationthroughtocompletionOverseebudgets,timelines,risks,andstakeholderengagementCoordinatecontractorsandretrofitsupplychainpartnersEnsurecompliancewithPAS2035andretrofitstandardsMonitorperformance,reportingprogresstoseniorstakeholdersDrivecontinuousimprovementandbestpracticeinretrofitdeliveryKeyRequirementsProvenexperienceasaProjectManagerwithinsocialhousingretrofit/decarbonisationStrongknowledgeofSHDFfunding(Wave2&3)Experiencedeliveringenergyefficiencymeasures(EWI,IWI,heatpumps,insulation,etc.)UnderstandingofPAS2035andretrofitcoordinationprinciplesExcellentstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskillsAbilitytomanagemultipleprojectsinafast-pacedenvironment**Please contact 0161 794 3041 to apply.**
